A New Direction
Seeing the potential in hospitality, Ken Kinseth left his successful mechanical contracting career to focus full-time on motel ownership, laying the foundation for what would become Kinseth Hospitality Companies.

Ken officially established the Kinseth organization, transitioning from small motel investments to building a company focused on hotel development, ownership, and management.

First Major Acquisition
Kinseth Hospitality Companies purchases the Best Western Holiday Motor Lodge in Clear Lake, Iowa, marking one of the company’s earliest and most significant hotel acquisitions.
